HOST AND SURF GUIDE
Originally from Mexico City, Emilio is your dedicated on-site host throughout the retreat. As a surf instructor and full-time guide, he will be with the group 24/7, ensuring a seamless experience and making sure every detail is taken care of.
CECILIA GONZALEZ
SURF GUIDE AND COACH
A Punta de Mita local, professional surfer, and mother of two, Ceci has been surfing her entire life. She brings a deep love for the ocean and a strong connection to the local community, creating an approachable and inspiring experience for every guest.

VIDEOGRAPHER
A local surf videographer and photographer, Alam specializes in surf analysis and visual storytelling. He captures your progression in the water while also documenting the experience through artistic imagery that reflects the spirit of the retreat.
JESSICA FLYNN
PHOTOGRAPHER
Originally from Canada and now based in Punta de Mita, Jessica is ALMA’s in-house photographer. She documents the full retreat experience—from surf sessions to shared moments—capturing the energy, connection, and atmosphere of your time at ALMA.
